01Is the app free?
WanJu Park is free to download. Sticker coins and Premium benefits, including extra storage, require payment. Check the app for current features and prices.
02Who can see my album?
Only you and the members you invite. An account is required for family albums. Your photos and videos are not automatically made public.
03How do I create stickers?
Choose a favorite pet photo, then select a style and phrases. Creation uses coins or eligible Premium benefits. Check the creation screen in the app for the coins required.
04Can I use my stickers on LINE?
You can save your images. To use them as LINE stickers, submit them separately through LINE Sticker Maker or another supported process. LINE’s review is required.
05Are my photos and creations saved?
Photos in your family album and saved creations are kept until you delete them. Temporary files used for generation are handled separately. See our Privacy Policy for details.
06What happens when I change phones?
Sign in with the same linked account to access saved works and coins. Check your account is linked before changing devices.
